We facilitated  a series of dialogues around sexuality among women with disabilities in Sololá, Guatemala, creating an intimate environment for them to feel comfortable and facilitated by an expert sexologist centering women's pleasure and joy. These dialogues are currently being edited into a series of podcasts that will be uploaded to carry on the conversation with other women with disabilities from around the world. 

In this project, we were in charge of the conceptualization of the dialogues, assisting in the logistics and coordination, and facilitating the space.

We supported Mujeres con Capacidad de Soñar a Colores, an organization of women with disabilities in Sololá, Guatemala, in the revision and update of their Strategic Plan for the upcoming three years, defining and refining their mission and vision, as well as short and long term objectives, and creating and validating a new plan for the next phase of the organization.

For this work, we held interviews, led participative workshops with the members of the organization, revised documentation from earlier processes to come up with a strong strategy. 

We have co designed and delivered several workshops in Latin America and Africa where we use art-based methodologies to explore issues around sexual justice and displacement. After the workshops, we create art exhibitions where the participants can discuss these issues with a larger audience, and they can use the products of the workshops to engage in local and global advocacy.
