Ligia Destephen
Ligia has postgraduate training in adolescent health, sexology, and couples therapy. She has over eight years of experience designing and leading mental health and sexual and reproductive rights projects with national and international organizations, and has worked on strategic planning, program monitoring, advocacy, and institutional capacity building at regional and global levels.

Charlene Donald
Intersectional feminist MERL and facilitation specialist with 10+ years of global and Africa regional experience across IINGO, NGO and multinationals, including providing technical support to CBOs. Passionate about using data and research to maximise organisations impact and create positive change in the world. Expert in embodied, participatory methodologies, partner‑led learning and evaluation, close‑out reviews, and mid‑term evaluations for programme and project adaptations. Areas of expertise include Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Belonging, HIV, SRH-R and Social Transformation and development.

Flor González
Human rights and feminist practitioner with over a decade of experience working across Latin America on sexual and reproductive health and rights, feminist economics, youth and women’s rights, and LGBTIQ+ advocacy. Experienced in community accompaniment, capacity strengthening, participatory methodologies, and regional advocacy processes, with a strong background collaborating with social movements, international organizations, and UN mechanisms. Proven leadership in program coordination, facilitation, and documentation of impact.

Jimena Cascante
Dedicated professional with a strong background in gender, diversity, and inclusion. Extensive experience in youth-led advocacy, sexual and reproductive health rights, and global human and digital rights. Demonstrated independent leadership in managing global advocacy programs, research, capacity building, and donor relations. Proven success in global advocacy, fundraising, and organizing international events. Passionate about advancing racial justice, LGBTQI+ rights, and intersectional feminism through artivism and strategic leadership.

Moufeeda Haidar
Feminist and youth-rights advocate with a strong background in gender, diversity, inclusion, with over 10 years of experience in youth-led advocacy, sexual and reproductive health rights, youth empowerment and rights-based programming. Proven track record of leading multi-country coordination across SWANA, Africa, and Latin America,
strengthening SRHR access. Strong background in research, stakeholder engagement, gender integration, and amplifying community voices through national, regional, and international platforms. Experienced in convening high-leve
multi-stakeholder dialogues, influencing and amplifying feminist voices in global platforms.
