From a country where conversations about bodies, pleasure and rights are still fought for in the streets and in the home, Ligia built her practice from the ground up and from the inside out. With postgraduate training in adolescent health, sexology and couples therapy, she brings experience designing and leading mental health, and sexual and reproductive rights programmes with national and international organisations. She has worked across strategic planning, programme monitoring, advocacy and institutional capacity enhancement at Latin American regional and global levels.

Shaped by one of the world's most complex democracies, a country still reckoning with the weight of apartheid, the promise of the Constitution, and the unfinished work of transformation, Charlene brings an intersectional lens to everything. Passionate about using data and research to maximise organisations' impact and create positive change in the world, she brings global and Africa regional experience gathered from working with and for IINGOs, NGOs and multinationals, including providing technical support to CBOs on concept design and project management. Her expertise span diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, HIV, SRHR and social transformation. She is fluent in the art of embodied, participatory methodologies that honour the whole person. She believes that evidence, wielded with care, can change the world. 

Guatemala is a country of deep colour and deeper memory, where indigenous cosmovision, feminist organising and the long shadow of colonial violence shape every policy conversation. Flor emerged from this landscape as a human rights and feminist practitioner with over a decade of experience across Latin America in sexual and reproductive health and rights, feminist economics, youth and women's rights, and LGBTIQ+ advocacy.

She has walked alongside social movements, collaborated with international organisations and engaged UN mechanisms, always with community accompaniment and participatory methodology at the centre. 

From a country that abolished its army and declared peace a national project, Jimena brings that same conviction, that transformation is possible, to every piece of work she undertakes. With a strong background in gender, diversity and inclusion, she has dedicated her career to youth-led advocacy, sexual and reproductive health rights, and global human and digital rights.

She has independently led global advocacy programmes, research initiatives, capacity building processes and international fundraising efforts. Her practice is infused with artivism, with the belief that creativity and beauty are not decorative but strategic.

Lebanon has taught its people to hold contradictions - beauty and crisis, resilience and rupture, ancient roots and perpetual uncertainty. From this ground, Moufeeda grew into a feminist and youth-rights advocate of exceptional range. With experience in youth-led advocacy, SRHR, and rights-based programming, she has led multi-country coordination across SWANA, Africa and Latin America, consistently working to strengthen access and amplify voices that global platforms too often overlook. She is skilled in research, stakeholder engagement, gender integration and high-level multi-stakeholder dialogue. 

In the rainforest of Costa Rica, nothing grows in isolation. Everything is connected, everything is interdependent. Mercedes has spent 25 years proving that the same is true of justice. She carries the full arc of what feminist work looks like across a lifetime. A psychologist, psychodramatist and popular educator with a specialisation in gender and human rights. Her expertise span SRHR, SOGIESC, gender policies, gender-based violence, migration, care and psychosocial wellbeing, always with a particular tenderness toward historically excluded populations. She has worked in multicultural teams across Latin America, Africa and the SWANA region, and has been, throughout it all, a feminist and queer activist.
