Radical Critical Thinking Spaces
We design and hold Radical Critical Thinking Spaces, which are intentional environments where the assumptions that usually go unexamined are gently, rigorously brought into the light. Through dialogue, collective reflection and approaches rooted in feminist, decolonial and intersectional thinking, we create the conditions to sit with complexity, challenge, and imagine.
We offer these spaces as standalone gatherings, as part of longer organisational processes, or woven into your existing retreats and convenings. They are particularly powerful for teams navigating change, organisations questioning their own frameworks, or movements that need to reconnect with the why beneath the what.
Workshop Design and Facilitation
We create living spaces for transformation, drawing on art-based and participatory methodologies, we design experiences that move people intellectually, emotionally and collectively. We have co-created with activists, policymakers, community leaders and young rightsholders across three continents, and we know that the most generative breakthroughs happen when people feel safe enough to be honest and free enough to be creative.

Our consultancy practice combines rigorous analysis with participatory and reflective methods, supporting organisations to navigate complexity, challenge entrenched norms, and align their strategies with transformative social change.

Feminist and Inclusive Facilitation Training
Facilitation is no longer a niche skill reserved for workshop leaders or trainers. Anyone working with people needs this skill - parents facilitate conversations, teachers facilitate learning, managers facilitate teams, artists facilitate experiences.
Our Feminist and Inclusive Facilitation workshop is grounded in the understanding that people learn best when they can draw on their own knowledge and lived experience, and that the most generative spaces are ones where participants feel genuinely safe, valued and free. Over three days or adapted into shorter modules for your context, we guide participants through the full arc of feminist facilitation. Every session is built for praxis: you try, adapt, reflect and try again.
